We are pleased to publish Winkler Partners’ 2025 Environmental Report 🌿

Since 2006, our Green Office Department has helped turn environmental responsibility into daily practice at our firm, from reducing energy use and sourcing renewable electricity to composting food waste, maintaining our rooftop garden, and sharing our experience with the wider community.

Our 2025 highlights include:

🌱 Maintaining carbon neutrality, with net emissions of 0 tCO2e
☀️ Using 100% renewable electricity
🔆 Producing 21% of our electricity through our rooftop solar system
♻️ Recycling across 13 categories and composting 100% of our food waste
🌧️ Harvesting rainwater for office use
🌿 Maintaining a 112 m² green roof ecosystem that supports cooling, stormwater management, biodiversity, and staff wellbeing
🌳 Supporting ecological restoration, with 3,655 trees planted to date
💚 Contributing 3% of revenue to environmental organizations through our long-standing 1% for the Planet membership

For us, environmental sustainability is not a one-time project. It is part of how we think about our workplace, our community, and our responsibility as a professional services firm.
