Peter Dernbach, head of the firm’s IP practice, has been appointed as a domain name dispute resolution panelist by the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center.

The Center is the leading provider of domain name dispute resolution services and received almost 2,900 Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints in 2012. Panelists are appointed on the basis of reputation, impartiality, and expertise and experience in the areas of intellectual property, electronic commerce, and the internet.
