Important Notice: Fraud Alert

Winkler Partners is a full-service law firm in Taiwan. Unfortunately, we have recently become aware that our firm’s name has been used in fraudulent emails.

Please exercise caution if you receive any unexpected or unusual communications claiming to be from a member of our firm. Genuine emails from Winkler Partners use the domain “@winklerpartners.com”.

Please also consider the following recommendations to protect yourself:

• Do not open or click on any links or download attachments. Some fraudulent emails contain malware.
• Never provide personal information.
• Do not send money in response to suspicious solicitations.
• Delete suspicious emails immediately.
