Trisha Li

Trisha Li focuses on trademark and patent prosecution matters in Taiwan and abroad. She assists clients across a broad spectrum of multinational tech companies, ranging from cloud services and e-commerce to semiconductor and smartphone manufacturing, as well as automotive industries.

Leveraging her extensive experience in translating laws and regulations, contracts, and patent/trademark documents in our Translation Department and working alongside our IP team, Trisha excels in finding solutions and meeting clients’ goals.

Trisha passed the Intellectual Property Personnel Competency Certification Examination jointly administered by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) and the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) in 2019, earning certification in Trademark Application Management. She subsequently continued her professional development by completing TIPA’s online course on Patent Prosecution Examination and Patent Rights Management in 2025 and, in 2026, the TIPA’s online courses on International Trademark Regulations and Laws and Patent Examination Guidelines and Practice.

Trisha graduated from National Chengchi University in 1996 with a B.A. in Sociology. She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
