Daniel Hsu

Daniel joined Winkler Partners in 2024, specializing in labor and employment law, data protection law, copyright law, and advising on commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

Admitted to practice in 2019, Daniel worked at a leading domestic law firm before joining us. He has extensive experience assisting domestic and international clients in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, offering legal advice, reviewing and drafting contracts.

Daniel graduated from the College of Law at National Chengchi University, the College of Law at the University of Göttingen, Germany, and the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London. He is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, the Geneva Art Law Foundation, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Daniel also holds the professional qualification of a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe (CIPP/E). He is fluent in Mandarin and English, and speaks basic German.
