Tzu-Hsuan Chuang
Tzu-Hsuan Chuang joined Winkler Partners in 2023. She provides domestic and international clients assistance through consultations and dispute resolution related to employment, immigration, and personal data. She also offers legal advice and related services for general commercial matters. Before joining Winkler Partners, Tzu-Hsuan interned at various legal and migrant NGOs, assisting with complaints of wrongful convictions, policy research, and matters related to migrant children.
At Winkler Partners, Tzu-Hsuan has assisted in resolving contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including reviewing and localizing contracts for international companies and assisting international companies in complying with procedures in regard to establishing and terminating employment, handling workplace harassment complaints and other forms of dispute resolution.
Tzu-Hsuan holds a double major in the Department of Law and Department of Philosophy from National Taiwan University, in addition to earning a minor in Economics from the same university. She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
