Rebecca Huang

Rebecca joined Winkler Partners in 2025, working alongside the firm’s corporate, intellectual property, employment, and dispute resolution teams.

Before joining the firm, Rebecca co-founded and managed an e-commerce beauty and personal care brand, where she oversaw a broad range of legal and operational matters, including company formation, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy from King’s College London and a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance from The University of Law, and she is also a graduate member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGI). She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
