Pei-hsu Wu

Pei-hsu Wu joined Winkler Partners in 2018 and has since focused on helping leading global brands protect their intellectual property rights and resolve disputes in Taiwan. She has represented a well-known international dairy brand in intellectual property litigation, successfully overturning unfavorable administrative decisions to defend the clients’ series trademark rights. She has also represented a well-known company in copyright infringement lawsuits and achieved favorable settlement. Her practice also extends to advising on employment and immigration matters, evaluating insurance coverage, and providing legal advice on general commercial issues.

Pei-hsu holds graduate degrees from UC Berkeley School of Law, National Chiao-Tung University’s Institute of Technology Law, as well as an undergraduate degree from the College of Law at National Chengchi University. Pei-hsu is admitted to practice in Taipei, Taiwan, and has also passed the New York State Bar Exam. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
