Jun-xi You

Jun-Xi joined Winkler Partners in 2024 as a member of our intellectual property practice, specializing in brand protection, trademark portfolio management, and dispute resolution.

Before joining the firm, Jun-Xi worked at another major law firm in Taiwan, assisting well-known companies from the US, UK, Japan, and China with trademark portfolio development in Taiwan. She also provided brand planning and risk assessment services. Her past clients were mainly from the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical device, and household appliance sectors.

Jun-Xi obtained an undergraduate degree from the College of Law at National Chengchi University in 2011. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
