Jasper Su

Jasper joined Winkler Partners at the beginning of 2016. Jasper’s work focuses on the protection, management and licensing of intellectual property. Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Jasper worked in the legal department of a professional research institute, specializing in intellectual property rights licensing, technology transfer and IPR dispute resolution. He also managed the trademark portfolios for several well-known Taiwanese textile firms looking to develop their IP overseas.

Jasper received his LL.B. degree in 2000 from Fu-Jen Catholic University and has a Master of Science in Informatics from Yuan Ze University. He also received training as part of the Multi-Discipline Management of Technology (MMOT) program, at George Washington University, the University of Washington, and the University of Tokyo. Jasper speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
