Emily Lin

Emily joined Winkler Partners in 2025, supporting the firm’s corporate, intellectual property, employment, and dispute resolution teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily worked in legal aid and public policy, including at pro bono law centers in California, the United Nations Foundation, and the Berkeley City Council, where she contributed to human rights and gender equality initiatives. She also brings paralegal experience in intellectual property and nonprofit law.

Emily graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and has basic proficiency in French, Spanish, and Swedish.
