Andrew Lei

Andrew Lei joined Winkler Partners in 2023. His practice focuses on general civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution. He also assists in contract reviews and advises on general legal matters.

Having passed Taiwan’s judges and prosecutors qualification exam, Andrew started practicing as a lawyer in 2017. Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Andrew worked in a leading law firm in Taiwan. With extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, he can advise clients on strategies to avoid future disputes and resolve disputes should they arise.

Andrew represented domestic and international clients across various industries – including insurance, media, traditional and renewable energy, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, real estate, and construction – in litigation and arbitration cases concerning contractual disputes, civil damages, or intellectual property.

He also provided legal advice and assistance in regulatory compliance and contract reviews for clients, including financial institutions, renewable energy companies, food and beverage companies, and retail chains.

Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in law and LL.M. from National Taiwan University. He is a member of the Taipei Bar Association. He speaks Mandarin Chinese, English, and Cantonese.
