Brian Wang

Brian Wang joined Winkler Partners in early 2018. His practice focuses on resolving disputes arising from intellectual property matters. In practice since 2008, he has significant experience and previously worked at a well-known Taiwanese law firm helping clients solve disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. Clients included a Taiwanese drug manufacturer engaged in a patent dispute with a global drug company, leading domestic telecoms companies, food industry giants and financial services providers.

Brian also has a background in intellectual property prosecution, civil, criminal and administrative litigation, helping clients plan strategies to protect their rights.

Brian graduated from the University of Washington School of Law’s Graduate Program in Intellectual Property Law and Policy, and from Fujen Catholic University School of Law. He is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, and speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
