Emma Chiu

Emma joined Winkler Partners in 2023, working alongside the firm’s corporate, intellectual property, employment, and dispute resolution teams.

Before joining the firm, Emma worked as a foreign service officer at the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on political speechwriting in the US Political Section and the Global Cooperation and Training Framework Taskforce under the Department of North American Affairs.

Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), where she was a member of the NYUAD Debate Union. She speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and MSA/Levantine Arabic.
