Sylvia Ho

Sylvia Ho joined Winkler Partners in 2022 as a member of our intellectual property practice specializing in brand protection, trademark portfolio management, and dispute resolution.

Before joining the firm, Sylvia served as a trademark examiner at the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO). She holds certifications from the TIPO and the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) in Trademark Maintenance and Application and Trademark Application Management. In her previous work at one of Taiwan’s largest intellectual property law firms and at a global audio technology company, Sylvia handled domestic and foreign trademark portfolios and coordinated with internal marketing and R&D departments on brand planning and risk assessment.

Sylvia is currently a graduate student in the National Chengchi University’s Institute of Technology Management and Intellectual Property Research program. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
