Niki Chen

Niki joined Winkler Partners in 2020, working alongside our transactional, intellectual property, employment and dispute resolution teams. She assists domestic and international clients in connection with corporate matters in Taiwan.

Before becoming a member of Winkler Partners, Niki worked at several Canadian firms specializing in personal injury law. Apart from her experience in Canadian tort law, she also worked in Taiwan on U.S. immigration matters.

Niki is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association. She holds an HBA from the University of Toronto and also graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology’s Paralegal program. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese Hokkien and conversational Korean.
