Patrick Luo

Patrick has practiced law since 2015 and joined Winkler Partners in 2021, assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights, resolving disputes, as well as advising on real estate and employment issues. Patrick also advises on contracts and general civil and criminal law matters.

Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Patrick practiced at a law firm specialized in real estate and construction matters in Taiwan. In addition to extensive litigation experience, Patrick also assisted a well-known realtor in settling several real estate brokerage disputes and is well versed in Taiwan’s property regulations, company formation, and employment-related dispute resolution.

Patrick has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in law from National Taipei University College of Law. Patrick is admitted in Taiwan and speaks Mandarin, English, and Taiwanese.
