Lewis Chen

Lewis joined Winkler Partners in 2004 and supports our intellectual property and employment law practices.

Lewis has over a decade of experience assisting some of the world’s largest alcoholic beverage manufacturers and trade organizations protecting their brands in Taiwan. His experience includes work related to geographical indication as well as trademark and other intellectual property compliance matters. His employment law role includes assisting local and foreign clients to monitor local law developments and assess employment law compliance, review local employee handbook content, and assist with work permit applications for foreign nationals working in Taiwan.

Lewis holds an LL.M from Soochow University in Taipei, an MSc. in Information and Library Science from Tamkang University and an undergraduate degree in Library and Information Science from Fu Jen Catholic University. Lewis speaks Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.
